?? Now Hiring: Property Accountant
Join our accounting team supporting a portfolio of affordable housing communities serving low-income households, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and other special-needs residents.
What You'll Do:
* Handle full-cycle property accounting for assigned properties
* Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and bank reconciliations
* Review third-party management entries and make adjustments
* Maintain key schedules (fixed assets, taxes, insurance, loan amortization, partner activity)
* Process AP coding, month-end journal entries, and subledger reconciliations
* Support audits, budget uploads, and occasional special projects
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
* 3+ years of accounting experience (property/real estate preferred)
* GAAP knowledge + strong Excel skills
* Experience with Yardi or similar systems
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Pay: $35-$48 hourly
